We typically respond within 24 hours.  If you need to reach us in person, our theater opens 15 minutes before the first weekday movie and 30 minutes before the first weekend movie. To check the balance on your Tuxedo Cinemas Gift Card (or MovieScoop Gift Card), please log into your Loyalty account. If your gift card is linked to your loyalty account from a previous purchase, you can see your balance there. If you do not have a Loyalty account, it's easy to set up (and it's free)! Otherwise, please use the form below to email us the gift card number and we can check the balance. Thank you!

In case you don't see a confirmation email for your ticket purchase, please check your "spam" and "promotions" folders for an email from "tuxedocinemas." If the confirmation email is not there, you can use your purchase code provided on the website or we can easily locate your ticket purchase using your name, phone number and/or email upon your arrival to the theater!
